Robert Durst accused of homicide of ex who disappeared in 1982
US land beneficiary Robert Durst has been charged in the 1982 vanishing of his ex, specialists have said.
Kathie McCormack Durst's body was rarely found, and she was lawfully announced dead in 2017.
Another criminal objection blames Durst for second-degree murder regarding the case.
Last week Durst, 78, was condemned to life in jail for the 2000 homicide of his closest companion to stop her discussing his significant other's vanishing.
The new criminal grievance against Durst - the subject of HBO wrongdoing narrative series The Jinx - was recorded by a state police agent in Lewisboro, New York.

On 14 October, Durst was condemned to life in jail for the homicide of Susan Berman, who was discovered shot in the head in her Beverly Hills home. Specialists accept she was killed to keep her from conversing with police about the McCormack case. Durst has denied killing his companion and his legal advisors have said he plans to pursue.
Investigators accept that Durst has killed three individuals: Berman, McCormack and Morris Black, an old neighbor who found Durst's character in 2001 while he was hanging out in Texas. Durst was later absolved in the Black case.
Only days after his condemning in the Berman case, Durst was hospitalized with Covid-19.
